Below are some comments from previous course attendees

“Through word of mouth, we saw it necessary to put our whole team through the eOrganising Course after some of our leaders has been through it earlier. Paul maintained a good pace throughout and ensured the attendees were included in all discussions to confirm they were involved and focussed. Unfortunately, I had cancelled previous courses invites due to the course clashing with other important meetings, which is a regular issue in my role. Fortunately, I was able to participate in the recent course, and found it well worthwhile. My daily routine requires the best possible organisation available, and this course showed be some real advantages around controlling my email traffic, in prioritising those important emails from my most important contacts.

The course was well paced, and with the break in the middle of the session to allow the team to get back to their desks and start fine tuning their Lotus Notes setup, was a good break out option. Paul also caught up with each attendee individually including myself, and sat with us to assist making the necessary changes.

It can be difficult to change habits, so I hope all those involved take advantage of Paul's program and maximise the true benefit in time management around their usage of Lotus Notes.”

“As a senior executive I recently completed the eOrganising workshop with Paul Worth.  Immediately his workshop had an impact on how I manage my time, priorities and energy.  The workshop is very simple and practical and hence it is easy to implement the change immediately.   In particular I highly recommend it for executives and their intact teams in managing day to day priorities and virtual interactions.”

In the past I always tended to be ruled by my emails and found that by the end of the day I either had not achieved what I had planned to do, or worse, felt like I had done nothing at all! Clearly however that was not the case, since I would often be feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the events of the day, and which in itself meant I had probably done something! …. This of course was the case up until I attended Paul Worth’s “eOrganising” program and which opened my eyes to a better way  of managing my day AND managing my emails. instead of allowing my emails to manage me! Perhaps a simple solution when you think about it, yet you need to know how best to use Outlook and the “tips and tricks” have helped to make my daily work life so much simpler. You also need to know that it’s OK to have a plan for the day and stick to that, and Paul was exceptionally good at getting this message across. Whilst we will still always have “urgent” issues to address in our daily lives, I can say with all honesty that my organisation skills, stress levels and time management have improved tenfold since spending time with Paul and thereby becoming more empowered in my daily work life. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone who finds that their email has taken control of their life, because I can now state with confidence that you can absolutely take that control back again. Embrace it and good luck! …. Tracy Davis, Westpac Group

I attended the  eOrganising workshop and it was fantastic. Like other people I expect, I was a little dubious before-hand but left completely appreciating the logic and benefits of what we learnt.  Paul Worth is a fantastic facilitator who understands the issues facing his attendees, and goes to the real effort to understand the nature of our workload so his stories and examples relate very specifically to our work “lives”.  I am still using the learnings which has helped me to manage my day, week and month by not being a slave to incoming emails, whilst increasing my concentration levels and work productivity at the same time.  My inbox is much smaller!

"The team and I attended the e-organising course in May after good reviews from staff in other regional company offices. The course was excellent and was one of the best courses I have attended with reference to time and email management. Before the course I would have said I was a very organised person with good time management / organisational skills but, the course offered another dimension and gave me tools to simplify the things I was doing and add value to my day to day operational tasks. Paul was very professional and passionate in his delivery broke things down and applied in a practical sense. All staff took something from the course and to this day has assisted in their daily tasks. Due to the reviews and feedback within the office from the staff that attended we have already scheduled a second course for staff that did not attend. In my opinion regardless of your ability and whether you work with Outlook or Lotus notes this is a course all staff should attend within the first few months of employment.
Thanks Paul"

“We put our Product Development team through the eOrganising program, to help us stay on top of the flood of communication, and technical requests. This program had an immediate impact on the team, with the simple techniques easily implemented and immediately useable. Since the training was held these techniques have stuck and continue to be effective. Best of all, the training was well presented using great examples to convey the principles. Paul provided his training in a few hours and then supported each team member with their implementation on the same day. The eOrganising program is fast and effective and I highly recommend it.”

“I found the eOrganising training course extremely useful. I was very impressed with how, by implementing a few changes to the way I use Outlook I could make such a positive impact on managing my work.
The areas I found particularly helpful were the introduction of both my calendar and task list in mapping out my day. Having the ability to see all my work clearly really assisted me in being able to prioritise and make sure all major tasks have been completed.  I've also found the zero inbox policy was really helpful in the managing my work submitted electronically.
Our trainer Paul was really knowledgeable and honest when discussing how much time was actually wasted by the way we currently work with Outlook. The information he supplied was delivered in such a way that it would be difficult for anyone to disagree with the techniques being put forward.
Since taking the course my ability to manage my work load has unquestionably improved and I feel far more in control.
I have attended many training course previously and can honestly say this is by far one of the best. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
Ps Inbox is still zero every day. Thanks.”

"Before attending the eOrganising workshop, I was under the impression that I had everything well under control, but always had a feeling that I could be organising emails and daily activities a little bit better. As it turns out, I was correct. After attending the workshop, I've been able to clean thing up really well and certainly have a finger on the pulse from a management point of view. In short, I've set up and continue to use 'Quick Rules' to automatically drop emails into their rightful places, i.e. CC, Reading, Just in Case, and Junk. Also, I've set my team up in my Calendar view, so that 'at a glance', I can view my team's activities, which also assists me in my planning my activities with them. A function that I had used very little of previously was my 'to do list', which I now use extensively as my own CRM to manage emails and activities. Outside of Paul's fantastic knowledge on the topic and great facilitation techniques, the practical application of what eOrganising delivers comes highly recommended. Kind regards.”

“I was involved in the eOrganising program in March and I found this to be the most worthwhile training program I have ever participated in.
The best aspect of this program was how much time can be saved when you are in control of your emails. Before the eOrganising program I had approximately 300 emails in my inbox and now I can manage to get it to less than 10 before I go home. This was an extraordinary achievement for me. Not only did the eOrganising program show me how I can be in control of my emails but made me realize how much time can be wasted especially when incoming email alerts are switched on. I have now switched this tool off and emails are monitored every 3 hours and spend at least 40 minutes replying and actioning my emails. What a time saver.
Another thing that the program showed me that was useful was the use of the Calendar. When I open Microsoft Outlook the first thing I see is my 5 day Calendar which enables me to plan my week and exactly know what is happening on a day to day, week to week basis. This also enables me to achieve realistic goals and not to over commit.
Another good aspect of the eOrganising program was how to utilize the tasks. This again has helped me in planning each task by a specific time which I have committed to. This tool helps me in organizing and prioritizing and not forgetting to do those little tasks which seem so unimportant at the time.
The most I enjoyed about the eOrganising program was the presenter.
Paul showed to have strong communication skills and was able to get his message across to his listeners. His humour made the program even more interesting and enjoyable.
The program has showed me how I can manage my time more effectively and complete all set tasks to the best of my ability. I am able to plan ahead and achieve realistic goals and provide better customer service to our contractors. “

"The training received for eOrganising at Pentair was very beneficial in being able to sort through the daily workload more efficiently whilst being focused on the more important tasks. Learning to discard distractions and prioritize the constant incoming inquiries and tasks using the available tools more effectively and at times learning to use and implement new tools. This course was enjoyable and highly beneficial by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic presenter. "

"I recently had the pleasure of attending the eOrganising workshop facilitated by Paul. Prior to attending the course I considered myself to be fairly well organised and in charge of my daily duties. About 2 hours into the course I started to question whether my method was as good as I thought, and by the end of the day I was convinced I knew a lot less than I thought I did regarding my eOrganising. Pauls training is VERY worthwhile and will improve your daily grind. I give him a 10/10."

“Colleagues and I attended the Microsoft Outlook / eOrganising Course in August. Paul Worth facilitated the course skilfully and took us through the major functions of Outlook and some excellent ways and ideas to help us stay organised day by day.
The group was at varied levels of understanding when it came to using the functions in Outlook and Organisational Skills; we all had many questions. Paul accommodated each member of the group and gave practical, sufficient responses to everything we asked.
For me, attending this program has meant I have amended the way I utilise Outlook to get me through the day. The major highlights that I discovered included setting up rules to reduce inbox flow of emails that may be useful in the future but are unimportant at the present time, movement of emails into Calendar and Tasks, the POWER of keeping your inbox clear, and some basic general tips/hints.
Overall, I feel Paul has made me more aware of the flexibility of Microsoft Outlook. He has helped me revolutionise my work processes and efficiency with his valuable insight around the inner-workings of Outlook and the importance of day to day productivity.
Thanks Paul!”

“I would strongly urge everyone to attend this training with Paul.
Working at Toyota Fleet Management, requires a lot of organisational skills and  it is a fundamental requirement of our Job to be able to attend to the daily emails that, we receive today. 80% of our work is email related which involves  answering  queries,  following  up queries, following clients for meetings,  payments, quotations, order deliveries, and most important daily queries. This kind of work or Job requires you to have your thinking cap on all  time  to be able to answer all the queries, either on phone or emails.
This is  where  Paul  enlightened  most  of  us  at  Toyota with easy steps of understanding  how to organise our day, work, working folders, prioritising daily  emails,  follow  up and even something simple as a calendar which is now  a  vital  role  in  our day to day work. Blocking out your day this is something  we never thought of but now it helps us manage our work smoothly by letting people know how your schedule is for a week, a month or day.
The  eOrganising  program  is  fantastic  for all email users, please take time to attend any program that  Paul  presents,  all  of  us  here  at  Toyota Finance Australia are grateful  for  the  work  done  by Paul. We now have working routines and organisation we never had before, though everyone works different depending on  the  daily  demands, this program has a way that accommodates the daily users.
Things  like,  Calendar  as  your  home  page, Folders, To do list, Calendar reminders,  blocks  of  busy  work,  this  has  helped  us  to  improve our organisational  skills, email etiquette, communication skills, short emails straight  to  the  point,  more interesting, enjoyable, manageable, easy to use,  easy  to  teach  others, practical, neat and most importantly go home early.
With  all  the above I can sincerely, honestly and strongly recommend the eOrganising program by Paul to any company, individual or group. It is worth attending and it will assist in you managing your work to lessen on the email stress, panic and those oops moments.”

“I attended the eOrganising course in May and found it to be a most productive and informative session..
Paul, our presenter, was energetic, experienced and  stayed on topic, which I particular enjoy when attending this type of program.
The one-on-one contact after the group presentation was important by solidifying  what I had learnt in the group session and the ability to handle my  work flow, through the better management of email, has benefitted by using the ideas and tools discussed during this course.
Kind Regards.”

“I can sincerely say that the eOrganising course held by Paul Worth was the best time management course I have ever done. One of the best things about the course is that it is PRACTICAL, after a morning of tutorial Paul came to each of our desks and put into practice what we had just learnt. I am now in control of my inbox (and not the other way around)
Paul is PASSIONATE and enthusiastic about what he teaches. I wish I could say that about all the courses I have been on.”

“I found the eOrganising course most beneficial.  I have been a Lotus Notes user for some time and never knew the capabilities of this application.  The time management skills through proper use of the functionality that this application has have been invaluable.
Paul is an excellent presenter and very knowledgeable about the subject matter.  Paul has a very relaxed and informative approach and engaged his audience.  The practical application of the skills learned were then put into practice whilst Paul was still on hand to assist answer any queries was very good.
An invaluable training course that I would recommend to anyone. Regards.”

“I completed Paul's "eOrganising" workshop approximately 3 months ago. Being tasked with trying to manage a raft of projects with little natural organising ability I was thoroughly looking forward to the program. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Restructuring my email to allow for a coherent organisation platform has improved my levels of stress considerably and allowed me to properly organise the many projects that are always running coherently. I recommend ensuring to stick to the principles of the program to give them enough time to take effect and say good-bye to the days of 100+ stress inducing unanswered emails!”
