Paul is a productivity expert with over 20 years of experience in email management and utilising technology to regain control over workload priorities. Over that time he has helped thousands of individuals and teams improve their efficiency and effectiveness in the management of their email workflow.

Paul is obsessed with giving people back control over their email workload and the ability to achieve their important work outcomes.

Paul has presented extensively to all levels of management and staff in a variety of areas including sales, technical and accounting. Paul brings a practical and motivational side to our programs and consulting, always linking behaviour and results to the underlying “why” that comes from our values.

Sharon has a Masters of Education (Adult Education) and a Bachelor of Business (Economics). Sharon is MBTI accredited, an NLP Master Practitioner and has obtained her Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. She has 16 years of experience in management and Learning & Development, gained in Financial Services and the Public Service, as well as four years consulting to a wide variety of businesses before setting up
A Passion for Results. Sharon is an expert in adult learning and passionate about sustainable organisational development. She designs and customises A Passion's programs and shares the facilitation and coaching services.
